The packaging the PSU was shipped in was clearly inadequate, but fortunately no damage, except a broken SATA connector, occured.

Kaltek and I agreed that a partial refund was in order and the situation was quickly resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Overall, I think there is nothing horrible here but a valuable reminder to a new trader that quality packing is essential. I believe Kaltek learned that lesson and hence, I would deal with him again the future!

I am deployed overseas, he shipped the computer to my wife, she checked it out and it didnt work. She shipped it back, during shipping to him some parts came loose inside the case. He reseated them, it worked for him. I had him ship it to a 3rd party to check it out. they recieved it and there was some things wrong with it, the 3rd party fixed the problems. Motherboard turned out to have some bad onboard video, but i plan on putting a pci-e vid card in it. I agreed that the end of the deal would be when the 3rd party gets it and tests it to be working.

I purchased a shuttle off of kaltek on hardforum.. He was very good with communication and constantly kept me up to date with what was going on. I might have done a bit more packaging than he had, but it arrived to me well and nothing was wrong. Item was in good condition like was described and so far everything seems to be working very well :) [tho he did forget the power cable :P Luckily I had one]

In addition to being a good seller, he was just a good person to talk to. Would not hesitate to work with again in the future.
